BAHU offers an 8-hour caregiver course (CPR certification included) or a 4 hour caregiver course (CPR certification not included). The student chooses to attend either an 8 hour class which includes CPR certification or a 4 hour class without CPR certification.

The class will teach the basic principles of becoming an ideal home caregiver. At the end of the class, the student will express explicit understanding of the following topics:

At the end of the 8 hour class, the student will receive a certificate of completion from the school as well as an American Heart Association CPR card.

At the end of the 4 hour class, the student will receive a certificate of completion from the school for having attended the caregiver class. This 4 hour caregiver class is done every Sunday 1pm to 5pm.
